Best hamburgers in town, let alone out of town. They cook it to your liking: rare; medium rare to well done if you want. Sirloin on perfectly toasted sesame bun, crisp iceberg lettuce, fresh tomatoes and onion. Healthy portioned, and absolutely delicious. The classic down to tee.
We were on vacation visiting in town so it was mine and my friend first time going there it was recommended by a local. Love the atmosphere and the history of the place. I like how they have the bar for locals that's noisy separated from the dining. The bowl of clam chowder that I started with was excellent, the Lobster rolls each cost $31. Great staff, great food, strong drinks. I've been here many times and their food is some of the best you'll find at a bar in Marblehead that also serves strong drinks. The prices are very reasonable as well.
