had friends looking for someplace different to try the new place...well after a long wait with an empty restaurant the pizza finally came out . was it worth the wait .in a nutshell I've had better from stop and shops freezer department. cardboard like thin and way over done. live and learn but never again. the bar tender was the waitress too .payed more attention to customers at the bar...nope not ever again
get a better cook my smothered chicken had two pieces of mushrooms ton of onions and no cheese it was supposed to be smothered very disappointing.... and the gouda mac is so nasty why would you put syrup on threw up in my mouth cottage cheese was gritty and the potatoes mashed look to be sitting in a pan of butter all night ..oh told them my food was horrible I barley ate anything and paid full price the burges look good the patty look fake but tasted real
The River Junction opened tonight and we had an amazing experience! Thursday Night Football, awesome pizza, and wonderful bartenders! Can’t wait to watch a Pats game here.

River Junction offers an impressive bar pizza experience with a focus on a few key items. The crispy pepperoni cups, no-flop crust, and the perfect amount of cheese make for an indulgent meal. The pizza is well-cooked, delicious, and considered by many to be the best in Wareham, surpassing other local options. Customers praise the friendly staff and the nice view to watch the sunset, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant features 10-inch bar pizzas that are really tasty, along with wings and salads on a small, refined menu. The specialty bar pizzas cost only $14, and the meatball, ricotta, and hot honey bar pizza is highly recommended. The bar area has a great atmosphere, and the bartenders are attentive and quick. Parking can be a challenge when busy, so visitors are encouraged to be respectful and leave room. The restaurant is brightly lit, clean, and wheelchair accessible, making it a welcoming spot for all. Many customers find the prices to be very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the pizza, and some have expressed that they will definitely be returning.
