Service was great, beer was ice cold, food was okay. Had the steak and chicken combo and the steak was cooked well but the chicken was tiny and grilled to death. It is what it is, a 99. The service was at least decent.

Shoutout to Nicole at the 99 Restaurant in Marlboro (Boston Post Road West). She solo-handled our entire youth ice hockey team during a tournament - kids were wild, and she was amazing.
Patient, organized, and upbeat the whole time. Orders were right, service was fast, and she never missed a beat. Seriously impressive. We’ll definitely be back.

The thing about 99 is it used to be like 30% cheaper than tgifs (gone now) or the bees, but my last meal I paid 19 bucks for a French dip that was this dinky sandwich and a bag of 25c chips. I felt like quite the putz looking at what I got for that amount of money. It's literally down to the meal deals at Buffalo wild wings now.

We are in town for a hockey tournament and went to lunch with 11 people so maybe it was because we were a large party but we did not have a great experience. My food was cold... a hot lobster roll and was tough so needless to say not good. My daughter's food came out after many were done eating. I know that happens but no apology or anything so she only ate about half before we were ready to leave. The server didn't even try to separate checks forgot multiple items and no refills. It was around 3 pm on a Friday so it wasn't busy inside. I would try someplace else
