LongHorn Steakhouse is a popular dining destination known for its exceptional service and delicious American cuisine. The restaurant provides a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who work hard to ensure that all guests, including families with children, have a pleasant experience. Customers often mention the excellent customer service, with one reviewer praising an employee who treats guests like family and makes them feel cared for. The menu features a variety of steaks, such as the filet mignon and strip steak, which are cooked perfectly on recent visits, offering good value for the price. The restaurant's environment is friendly, and the staff is attentive, even during busy hours. While occasional issues like forgotten appetizers or over-pepper steaks have been noted, the restaurant generally maintains a high standard of professionalism. The venue is located in a plaza that has seen some changes, with a liquor store now replacing the former dollar store next door, and Hannaford is reportedly leaving soon. Overall, customers appreciate the quality of the food, the variety of steak options, and the consistent good service that makes LongHorn Steakhouse a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.
