“This place was recommended by a friend, and even though it's about 20 minutes from where we live, it will definitely become a go-to spot. The service was excellent -- good recommendations, good timing -- the food was great, and the drinks were *chef's kiss*. We had a few sharables and the chimmichurri steak shared among four of us and it was plenty. Steak cooked really nicely. It's hard to decide which was the star.of the meal, the food or the drinks. Between us, we tried a few different and all were excellent and new. As I said, we'll be back. Maybe tomorrow.Kid-friendliness: There were lots of families with young kids. Chill place. “Freakin incredible BBQ!!! Completely blows away the stuff found on the other side of town. Friendly and inviting crew. There wasn't anything I ordered that was short of amazing. These guys have some nicely dialed in flavors that hit just right. Obviously the meats were mind blowing but I appreciate the often overlooked details like their sauce. Super balanced with just the right touch of tang. The cucumber salad is fresh af. I like that the line is literally right there when you walk in. Chef obviously has a good time showing off massive pieces of smoked meat he is about to carve. We will be back for more!“
“I'm a white guy from the south, and I love this place! It is not fancy at all, and can be absolutely packed one day and empty the next. Think hole in the wall with the best steak you've ever had! You can pay by weight or $26 for all you can eat including steak. I try to go atleast once a week.“
“Sat at bar with Terry. Drinks were on point and the steak (outlaw ribeye) was delicious. I have dined at all of the top steak houses in Boston and I would rank this location at the top for a fraction of the cost. If out in this area give them a try and you will not be disappointed.“
“Second time here and the service was exceptional. Parking is tough, but had water on the table by the time my wife joined me. Started with fried pickles and my entree was the two meat combo, ribs and brisket with beans and cornbread. All delicious and the self service sauce bar is a great chance to try what works best. Very reasonably priced, there is a reason this place is always packed. Recommend a reservation but if timed right, seating at the bar seemed easy enough. Cheers!“
