Our server (Chris) was awesome. Funny, personable and good even though he was new. However, the food was subpar and our drinks weren't up until after our food came!
What prompted me to leave this review though was the manager. We asked him for a pen and instead of just handing us one of the pens he had, he went and berated our server for not giving us one.
Then we watched him chug down a beer while rolling napkins at a table in front of guests. He was unaware of the many issues that were occurring around him and paid no attention to the stressed out staff.
Great staff. EXTREMELY poor management and subpar food.

Disappointed that it says open and upon arrival it was closed so now i had to go out my way to get food very disappointed and false advertising and the pool wasn’t open. I will let my company know not to book here no more

Limited menu, cheap food with expensive prices. Better options within walking distance. Very meh, would avoid.

We had lunch here right before our flight out. We had Terry as our server and he was awesome! The. Food was very very good! The chicken sandwich and pastrami were exceptional. I would definitely recommend as a bite to eat before flying out.

This place is disgusting. The only thing good was our server (until she was seen smiling at us while talking with manager about our complaint) and the mozzarella sticks. The fish and chips was gross and the size of a fish stick, for $22 each, then when we complained and questioned it, they would not comp us. Our server also told us she was embarassed to serve it to us. Advertised as haddock and was clearly frozen cod. Perhaps from the freezer section at market basket. We both ordered fish and chips and refused to take money off and offer us lemon squares, great thanks... you probably spit on them.... This place deserves to be visited by the BOH and closed.

These people have no idea what they are doing. The waitress was a complete buffoon who couldn’t get any part of the order right including the bill. Food was mediocre at best and overpriced.

I was at the hotel for an event and had planned to go to All Star Bar & Grill for lunch and/or dinner one or both of the days of the event. However, I never got to eat there and here's why... First, despite the fact that the sign outside of the entrance to the restaurant area said that they opened at 11:30am, this was untrue...it turned out that they only serve dinner. So, so much for lunch! As for dinner.... In preparation for my trip, I had reviewed their online menu and, based on the decent selection and pricing I saw there (for example, $11 for a hamburger...not cheap, but not wildly expensive), I planned to eat there and didn't bring food with me to the event. However, once they finally opened for dinner and I got to see their real menu, I saw that a) they only had about half of the items that they showed on their online menu and b) the prices had gone WAY up...the $11 hamburger online was now $16...a 31% increase! The other menu items were similarly higher than what I had seen online. So, it was a no-go for dinner, too. When I asked the hostess why the online menu was so different from what the real menu was, she said that the online menu was from about 3 years ago! There's no excuse for the restaurant not to update their online menu, especially when there's such a difference between then and now. As far as I'm concerned, it's false/bait-and-switch advertising.

Very nice place to come and relax and catch up with friends. The service is good, good selection of drinks and the atmosphere is also pleasant
If you like that food is ok.
Beer tap not working for months. Food service very slow. Clam chowder out of a bag. Nothing homemade. Lots of excuses. Staff was friendly but apologetic. Avoid. Appropriately housed in run down hotel.
This spot never fails to deliver. They have awesome dishes for convenient rates, there no long wait even when the place is busy.
This place never disappoints. They serve great dishes for affordable pricing, there is no waiting time even when the place is full.
