Hosted a kid's party here at Apex Kids. Our host Kailin was fantastic, meeting us when we arrived and walking us through the itinerary the day. She was always close by checking in and guiding us to make sure everything went smoothly both during the free play and arcade play time. She also managed the party festivities (food and cake) seamlessly. The parents loved the venue and the kiddos had a blast. The food choices were A+, even with a young audience. Booking the event was easy and the packages offered enough variation to make them feel tailored. Oh, and it was so great to not have to worry about the set up and breakdown. Thanks to the team, from sales to execution, for making the party a success.

The communication was open, quick and clear with Evan from when I first inquired about a birthday party. Our party hosts, Isys and Kim were phenomenal!! They were so kind and fun with the kids but managed to keep them all in order! They maintained the schedule and set up our desserts and food beautifully. The manager even checked in to make sure the party was going well. Everything from start to finish was amazing and worth every penny! Thank you Isys, Kim & the whole Apex crew! It was the best day for our birthday boy, his guests and for us as parents!
