This CFA location was terrible. Waited in the drive-in line at least 20 minutes to get my good.

Probably the quietest and least crowded Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to! Which is quite nice! It’s next to the Apex Center which has Go Karts and Laser Tag, amongst other things!

I’ve been going to this chick-fil-a a few times and I’d suggest any going through the drive thru that they reiterate their order a few times for the benefit of the people behind the order window.
It might be the speakers they use, but I’ve been getting the wrong cheese on my deluxe or the wrong drink enough times I’ve been there, that I’ve started asking them to repeat the order back to me and opening my sandwich in the drive thru to make sure it’s what I ordered .
I don’t like doing it cause it feels rude but at this point it’s better than having to loop through the drivethru again and telling them they got my order wrong.
I don’t think it’s your staff, as it happened a few times with different people and never when you have the greeters out to take the order, I think it’s your speaker system. But it’s still really frustrating and I hope you get that fixed.

Chick-fil-A stores have the best service but this store is incredibly nice and kind I give thanks to the whole store so much for the friendly service. May God bless the whole staff at this store it’s a pleasure to be serviced my the best keep up the great work of serving food to the community and fresh also always on time. Thanks again I truly appreciate it

I had multiple times where I have done drive thru and I have missing food. Especially when I have a big order for 5 people. They need to pay more attention to te order and make sure all food items are in the bag

I come here every morning, same workers, order the same thing every time and they still get my basic order wrong nearly everyday. This has been going on for 3 months. Its honestly sad, especially because theyre mediocrely nice, borderline rude some days. I hate its the only chic fil a on my way to work. The last chic fil a I was going to, it only took 3 days and they knew my order, my name, took an interest in my day or chatted while I waited for my food and were genuinely friendly no matter who ran the window that day instead of standing there in silence and just awkwardly waiting. Customer service is what chic fil a is known for and this one could just really use some work. Going to work on finding a different breakfast spot so I dont have to deal with unpleasantness first thing in the morning when I go, plus I just never get what I order. Which is honestly impressive because im typically the only customer there (typically between 7 and 8am)

I went to this Chick-fil-a on 5/30/25 at about 12:15 for lunch. The cashier was great - after taking my order I asked if I got my water bottle from the car if they’d be able to fill it up, he said no problem. I then gave my bottle to a different employee, who was also great, and he took it for me and said he’d fill it up no problem. He attempted to fill it, but which ever supervisor was working stopped him and told me they would not give me water, nor did they offer me a cup of water.
After being deprived of a basic human need I’ve decided I will never eat at a Chick-fil-a again. We clearly do not align on how people and customers should be treated.
