I like chic fil a but they always get my order wrong. Luckily today it was just mine and not my whole family, but disappointing when im expecting to eat mine at home.

Let me start off by saying I am not usually one to Karen. I come to chick fil a multiple times a week. This was my worst experience by far. Sat in the drive-thru at the speaker for five whole minutes, Not a big deal, But there was a line of cars forming behind me. As soon as somebody pulled into the other Drive-thru lane, They were helped immediately. I pulled forward toward the window, Watched the person in front of me get their food within 2 minutes, Pulled up to the drive-through window myself, and the girl working the drive thru walked away immediately to start chatting with a coworker. Meanwhile ,a team of six employees, including one manager, all just looked at me out the corner of their eye and nobody said a word to me. Instead, they stood there teasing one of the employees for not knowing how to properly mop the floor, again, Manager included in this entire conversation and not in a supportive way. Mind you, there are 5 or 6 people behind me at this point. After another 5 minutes they start saying “can someone get the window” I believe the employee who took initiative and helped me was named Riley, she was really sweet about the entire thing and the only one who actually acknowledged me. She wasn’t even working drive thru and she stepped in as soon as she knew I was there. I explained the situation to her and called the manager out directly for standing right there completely ignoring me. He gave me a NASTY look, and then came over to ask what was going on, all he had to say was “sorry bout that” before he walked away again. I was in the drive-through so long that people behind me started to honk. I hope the location manager sees this and gives Riley the credit she deserves, and puts that manager in place cause why aren’t you doing your job and why are you teasing a teenager for not knowing how to mop?

The chicken is moist and delicious. It’s a budget friendly meal additional bonus on new year day my kids got a cow. Mooooo

Sandwhich does not taste same as any other chic fil a I’ve been to, chicken was overcooked and there was more breading than chicken itself. I could tell it was also sitting in warmer for awhile because bottom of bun was burning hot and top was cold.

This CFA location was terrible. Waited in the drive-in line at least 20 minutes to get my good.

Probably the quietest and least crowded Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to! Which is quite nice! It’s next to the Apex Center which has Go Karts and Laser Tag, amongst other things!

I’ve been going to this chick-fil-a a few times and I’d suggest any going through the drive thru that they reiterate their order a few times for the benefit of the people behind the order window.
It might be the speakers they use, but I’ve been getting the wrong cheese on my deluxe or the wrong drink enough times I’ve been there, that I’ve started asking them to repeat the order back to me and opening my sandwich in the drive thru to make sure it’s what I ordered .
I don’t like doing it cause it feels rude but at this point it’s better than having to loop through the drivethru again and telling them they got my order wrong.
I don’t think it’s your staff, as it happened a few times with different people and never when you have the greeters out to take the order, I think it’s your speaker system. But it’s still really frustrating and I hope you get that fixed.

Chick-fil-A stores have the best service but this store is incredibly nice and kind I give thanks to the whole store so much for the friendly service. May God bless the whole staff at this store it’s a pleasure to be serviced my the best keep up the great work of serving food to the community and fresh also always on time. Thanks again I truly appreciate it
