I am here because my boyfriend and I had a terrible experience with the general manager Mariana Baril. I am Brazilian and my boyfriend is American and Brazilian. I still have difficulty with English. My boyfriend, who speaks both languages, wanted to help me explain the menu by showing it to me. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It's in big part because of the staff. I don't know what it is about this Chipotle where they can't find a qualified manager. Instead your forced to deal with a rude & unprofessional "Manager helper". I mention the fact that they are also ALWAYS out of everything but too lazy to restock anything even during a dinner service. Food was good but staff isn’t the best at the Marlborough location. Just was there, staff was poorly managed. One person just stood at the register waiting for people to have to pay, one person making the food, while two people (including the manager) did prep in the back. The line was to the door. Two people should have been making food and switching off the register. There was online orders waiting to be done while people waited to pick them up.
