The staff is very friendly but they never give the complete orders!! It's annoying to open the bag and see that things are missing. Very bad, I hate that.

I’ve been to some poorly run Dunkies over the years but this one is by far the worst. The middle aged woman who is always there (manager?) is the ignorant and incompetent employee I’ve ever seen. This last time I was the only person there and she took my order and still managed to forget about AND make a mistake. Then tosses my order down rudely and continues chatting with another employee who was doing nothing. Will not give them another penny.

Newer dunkin with place to sit. Workers are always incredibly nice. Sometimes they seem understaffed but their team acknowledges you and thanks you for your patience gracefully if that’s the case.

I walked into Dunkin Donuts this morning I had a question about an option that I did not see on the Dunkin’ Donuts app. I approached a worker under the name of Fatima.

I asked her if I could ask her a question she told me to wait and then when she started to approach me, she kept shouting “what” “what” “what is your question” I was apalled by this interaction because I was not hostile towards her. I was just asking her if I could ask her a question.

Then another employee with pink highlights approached me afterwards and assured me of my question about a certain flavor ending, but they still have extra and wouldn’t mind putting it into my order

So I continue to make my order on the Dunkin’ Donuts app after I finish making my order I had told Miss Fatima that I made the order. Can she still put the donut flavor in my order?

She continue to suck her teeth, roll her eyes and say this is ridiculous. This is ridiculous as if it was my fault that I wanted a particular flavor to anybody in the store. The last thing I asked was she is the manager she replied to me and continue to do her due diligence.

I was saddened by the treatment. I was endured by a fellow employee here at Dunkin’ Donuts under the name of Fatima. I think she needs to work on her customer service skills, especially if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Nobody was insulting her or disrespecting her so I should have not received the same treatment early in the morning. I hope I can get to MANAGER clear up this confusion because it’s just distasteful

The manager that works at this location, needs to clean herself up, smokes on break doesn’t wash her hands, dirt under finger nails..uniform looks like it hasn’t been washed in a while

Doesn’t matter if you were in line and ordered first if they see there friends they are doing their orders before yours. Staff doesn’t even know how to make the items on the menu I’m telling them the formula when it’s featured on your menu and they still make it wrong and rude. First and last, sad because I work very close by but I refuse . Things are expensive and it really sucks when you set aside money for your morning coffee and don’t get what you want and won’t be right if you complained anyway. 0 stars

The worst service I ever received. I ordered over 30 dollars worth of coffee via Uber Eats and the delivery time kept changing after waiting over 1 hour I cancelled the order and they still charged me 24 dollars. Businesses like this deserve to close!!! The was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. Disgusted of the all experience.

Visited Dunkin' Donuts after a long day of work and a snow shoveling session right after because of the snow storm. All I wanted is a cup of hot chocolate. The other location didn't have hot chocolate, but thanks to the delightful cashier girl at this one, who engaged in friendly small talk, joked around, and handed me a steaming cup of hot chocolate with a big smile – she truly made my day!

I ordered a hot chocolate with milk and whipped cream. Employee made a hot coffee.. I asked if it was hot chocolate and she said she charged me for a coffee, so she had to refund and rering. (A 10 cent difference). She gave the wrong amount for a refund and I had to explain math to her 3 times. Then made me the drink cold? When I asked why and she said she didn't care? I then asked for a refund and instead of taking back the change and returning my $5, she handed me a handful of coins. I work in customer service and if I treated anyone like that I wouldn't have a job. I get it you don't like your job but there's no reason to take it out on the customers. Sad this place in close to the ice rink. Id stay away!
