El Sombrero Taqueria

We loved our meal at El Sombrero Taqueria. Talked to the owner, Leo, who told me a bit of his story in starting his restaurant. He runs it with family and friends. He said he focused on all natural ingredients so the food can be both “clean” and delicious.

We had the al pastor tacos and the Quesabirrea quesadillas. Leo suggested which of the various homemade hot sauces to use. The sauces were delicious. The mild sauces had no kick whatsoever but good flavor … while the spicy sauce is pretty dang spicy.

Not your typical “mall food” … more like an authentic taco truck that happens to be in a mall.

What a fantastic surprise! Tucked in a mall food court, this little place delivers an amazing fresh, flavorful street taco. The owner is friendly, helpful and very particular in making sure the food is right. Highly recommend!

You should change your opening time to noon. I walked up at 11am and was greeted by an employee who came to the counter. This person then turned on the tvs, checked on some food, and then kept working as if they didn't just acknowledge a potential customer. I waited about 5 mins with this person near the counter then when they stepped away from the counter, I assumed they weren't ready to seve people and left

I got the Birria tacos, and they were so good juicy and tender!! Will definitely go back for another time. The service was polite and well acquainted in making sure that my first time was good!

My favorite part of this mall. Great quality food, amazing service and attention to detail and Leo was great to talk to while he gathered my items together. Will continue to come back and recommend to everyone. Pupusas are sooo so good and the Horchata is the best in the area, thank you guys for always coming through

The food here is amazing with hefty portions of meat. I love the authenticity and flavor everything has. The employees are also extremely nice and personable. For reference I got the Birria Bowl. Safe to say I will be coming back!

Was starving before watching Avatar 3. Haven't been to this mall in forever. They replaced the Arby's. Got a 4 taco sampler. Was expecting imitation Mexican but the tacos were the real thing. The guy serving us was very friendly even as things were closing down.

I came in with a green hoodie and black jacket and pajama pants and was immediately welcomed with amazing customer service, I git the Al Pastor taco street meal, that’s the best food I ever had, and the hot sauce to add was the cherry on top, all the workers very nice no long wait. Seemed like who was the owner I was talking to was very kind and great dude, I definitely will be back there again.
