They have excellent cheeseburgers.
Appalling bad service. Waited 20 minutes to be seated while the place was at 25% capacity with tons of open tables. Felt completely ignored. Once seated, all of the servers were transparently disgruntled and could care less about customers. Watched no less than 3 other family’s walk out without ordering food due to the same circumstances. I’ve been 3 times with the same poor experience. I blame myself for giving this place a 2nd and 3rd shot. I won’t return.
Big Beef was better in old day’s - new brand smaller portions and over cooked burger - not juicy !!! Coffee fribble and hot fudge Sunday are still great !!
