I ordered my usual mocha cookie crumble frap that has aɴ extra pump of mocha sauce + is half-caf. Granted, yes: this location has made it incorrectly in the past but I keep going there in hopes it will improve.
Today my frap was made wrong. Going back iɳto the store, Jesse was asked to remake it. She argued for several minutes that she had made it correctly, despite my insistence it was not + that corporate policy is to remake a beverage the customer thinks was made incorrectly....read full review
