So when my son worked here, there were less people, and it was a model of efficiency.Now in March three months later, double the staff, and completely disorganized.The items from online orders, on the counter, completely disorganized, and scattered all over the place, so people working didn't themselves know what was for whom, and items were sitting in odd places making it hard to manage. They really need to be better trained. It's gone significantly downhill in three months.

Useless and rude. Worker denied to serve me at the drive thru, asked me to wait inside. I ordered ahead on the app to be delivered at the drive thru. Very disrespectful

I don't know how, but the espresso roast here is consistently better than any other Starbucks I've been to. And I have been to many Starbucks locations! The service is always very friendly too.

20 Years, Worst Starbucks Experience!Bought a Starbucks coffee this morning; that was fine. Went to get a refill -- free, since I'm a registered user of their app -- and they can't do it. Person behind the counter can't figure out how to punch it in.Manager can't figure it how, and is rude to me.A nickel's worth of coffee, and they don't just pour it for me ... as a minor courtesy!Instead they give me a big hassle.TWENTY YEARS of going to different Starbucks in Massachusetts, and I never had a problem. But this Starbucks, they could NOT get their act together.Worst customer service I have ever seen. They all need to be retrained.DO *NOT* GO TO THE STARBUCKS AT 90 APEX DRIVE IN MARLBOROUGH MA -- THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!

Absolutely horrible, down right rude and obnoxious service. They have a fair skinned, blond, heavier set woman wearing a handkerchief wrap in her hair working their in front counter register yesterday. Store had 3 other patrons sitting and enjoying coffee and no one in line. My team and I work in the business park so took a break and walked down to get a coffee (5 of us). As team looking at menu this very unfriendly woman scowling at us at register says - are you going to order? She put in our order all under one name started one off throwing down drink here and there calling same name and had two other drinks on counter from apparently a pick up order. My coworker picked up one thought it was hers because all had same even though ordered individually, took drink and realized not hers. So asked kindly for a new lid to be able to give to other coworker and this woman just grabs it and throws it trash and with huff says I will make a new one just wait - which wasn't asked. She puts down another drink and calls same name so co-worker goes up and was trying to read the cups and she rudely says- that is not yours. We will get to your drinks- be patient. I can't believe a store seeking return customers would put someone so rude and abrasive in front of customers. We will not be returning.
