I don't know how, but the espresso roast here is consistently better than any other Starbucks I've been to. And I have been to many Starbucks locations! The service is always very friendly too.
this is the first bad starbucks experience i’ve ever had. i ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso and it was shaken all the way and was also very bitter, way more bitter than usual. this is my go to drink and it’s really disappointing when it’s not made right. very disappointed :(

So when my son worked here, there were less people, and it was a model of efficiency.Now in March three months later, double the staff, and completely disorganized.The items from online orders, on the counter, completely disorganized, and scattered all over the place, so people working didn't themselves know what was for whom, and items were sitting in odd places making it hard to manage. They really need to be better trained. It's gone significantly downhill in three months.
