My PSL was perfect! I had requested my muffin not warmed, as I was saving it for later, but it was warmed anyway. That was made up for by the preparation of the pup cup...it was larger than usual, and featured TWO dog biscuits. The lab I ordered it for was ecstatic.
So when my son worked here, there were less people, and it was a model of efficiency.Now in March three months later, double the staff, and completely disorganized.The items from online orders, on the counter, completely disorganized, and scattered all over the place, so people working didn't themselves know what was for whom, and items were sitting in odd places making it hard to manage. They really need to be better trained. It's gone significantly downhill in three...
I don't know how, but the espresso roast here is consistently better than any other Starbucks I've been to. And I have been to many Starbucks locations! The service is always very friendly too.
