The Benedict’s English muffins were thin, making them a perfect base for the main stars of the dish - eggs, hollandaise sauce, and protein. The home fries were perfectly cut, small wedges of potato seasoned just right...
We stopped in to try Buppa's, having noticed the place while in the plaza the night before. I chose homemade grilled cornbread, home fries, and bacon, with an orange juice. All were very good, especially the cornbread. I prefer home fries more on the old-fashioned side, but these were fine, light and crisp. The bacon was done perfectly for my taste, cooked thoroughly to just the right moment. Juice seemed fresh. My order was not adventurous, and I don't eat eggs, but...
Nice small place to visit for breakfast. Typical breakfast menu nothing unique that I saw. Waitstaff was very friendly and professional. Was not very busy but it was a Wednesday. Pretty good food but nothing special. Probably will not visit again.
