I ordered through the AI drive-up window for my coworkers and I, the AI misinterpreted my order and I missed out on getting my Sprite, however the clerk was quick and friendly enough to correct the order anyways for me so there was no issue. Just blaming the AI technology for hearing me wrong as well as myself for missing out on seeing its absence on the order screen. Thank you for fixing my mistake.
First time ordering Wendy's breakfast and it was good! The AI ordering was definitely new... never experienced that. The order was correct but not sure how I feel about that- making the rating a 3.
Hire more people. Everytime I’ve gone at night the drive thru is 10 cars long and doesn’t move.
