They prioritize the drive thru and had us waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks, and still managed to get one wrong. The music was extremely loud I couldn't even hear the person next to me talking.
Drive-thru is now controlled by an AI system that messes up my orders and charges me extra. They could pay a real living human but I guess they don't want to. Only go inside at this place
Good for a quick bite or fast dinner! The Taco Bell in Pembroke, Ma is cleaner, faster than the one in Brockton,Ma. The food was quick to come out and actually warm still! The staff is also friendly and more attentive to it's customers!
