“Absolutely love this spot! The food here is amazing. The drinks are always on point, the bar manager, Carlito recommended the candy apple mule which was AMAZING. The atmosphere is laid-back and fun, and the staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve met, they really make you feel welcome. This has quickly become one of my favorite places, and I can’t recommend it enough!”

“Somewhere Else Tavern along Rte. 127 in Bryantville/Pembroke, Mass. I must say I've been at the building, since 2009 (15 years) when it was "Old School". It was a building then, a bar/restaurant of sorts, but now it is someplace special. Since Lori and Jayson, who also own the "Fork in the Road" delicatessen in Bryantville and the Olde Hitching Post restaurant in Hanson, took over the restaurant and renamed it, it is now a place for excellent food, beverages, and a wonderful, wonderful group of people, their patrons. What makes Somewhere Else truly special is that on almost every night, Jayson, Lori, or Lori's sister, Lee Ann, will be there taking care of their customers..... their friends. This past Sunday, was Lori's birthday and EVERYONE was included to celebrate her birthday, Chinese food (seemingly Lori's favorite), cake and ice cream shared with all. But best of all, was not the food, but the celebration of friendship.... Thank you Lori, Jayson and Lee Ann. For those of you who have not stopped by, do so. You'll enjoy your time at the Somewhere Else Tavern.”

“I ordered myself a pizza just to try them, saw the reviews mentioning to change the topping to vegan cheese which was what I was looking for here in Pembroke. So yummy. I recommend if you really like your vegan cheese piled thick, do extra. The eggplant I ordered on top was tasty and fresh. I would definitely recommend the eggplant in anything it’s an ingredient to a dish (the eggplant parm is probably amazing for those who eat real cheese sandwiches) and I will be ordering again to enjoy more of the dairy free option. “Just completed a three day juice cleanse and all I can say is amazing. 9 lbs down and can’t wait to add their juices to my regular daily diet! I was not hungry throughout the cleanse because the juices feed my body all of the nutrition it needs I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reset or a kickstart to a weight loss journey. “We went in at 5:45 on Saturday and got seated right away. Our server, Marina, was very friendly with a great sense of humor. She brought our drinks quickly and took our orders and brought our food out hot. We got the Smash burger and Cowboy burger and they were cooked just the way we asked. Looking forward to going back for the fancier entrees or one of the Saturday specials. Great job by all.”

“We placed a special order with Anita for my daughter’s Bridal Shower. Its so difficult to find a Vegan/GF cake, but Anita was more than happy to accommodate us. It was a lemon Raspberry delicious creation. I had also wanted Petite layered dessert cups which she made without hesitation. Our guests were raving about how delicious all these sweet treats were. It was a pleasure working with Anita and highly recommend Zserbo’ Bakery.”

THEN I tried one of the sprinkle funfetti cookies after seeing you at the Pembroke Farmers Market & now I’m scared no other cookie will ever suffice. That funfetti cookie was the perfect blend of sweet, salty & buttery, cooked so perfectly. HIGHLY recommend Blackbird Baking Co for any and all cookie needs!”

“Best sandwiches in town AND leagues above what you would get at a Subway/Jersey Mike's! Both the Standford & Braeburn sandwiches are amazing if you LOVE spicy sandwiches. ALL their sandwiches are made to order and all their ingredients are FRESH! Their staff is friendly and very helpful. I was recommended this deli recently and now I mention it to everyone I know. A real "hidden" gem!”

“Very good. I chose the smoked pork belly burger with upgrade to side salad. The burger was delish with just enough heat to give it a kick. Salad was fresh and ample portion. My dining companion chose the short rib toastie with side of fries. He deemed it very good. Nice beverage selection. Beverages properly chilled. Very good service. I will be back. Highly recommend.”

“They lost a customer!! We ordered take out 2 weeks ago on Friday night, Caesar salad with chicken, chicken Alfredo, and chicken broccoli Alfredo. We picked up the food within 30 minutes, the time we were quoted when picking up and live about 10 minutes away, let just say it was one of the worst take out meals we have had. Immediately after we started eating I called and spoke to the manager, the salad was watery and croutons were mushy, the chicken Alfredo was cold, the Parmesan wasn't melted! The food tasted like it a day old and microwaved! The manager took all my info and stated she would call me back after dinner service, never heard from her. Saturday I called back after not hearing, the same manager answered apologizing it was late when she finished dinner service but the owner was out of town and would call me back during the week, ok no problem. Late Monday I get a voicemail from the owners wife, working in customer service I was appalled by the voicemail. She stated that croutons do get soggy if you don't eat the salad right away and to order the dressing on the side next time. And that Alfredo just separates if you don't eat right away, suggesting I don't let it sit to room temperature before serving. I immediately called her back and explained I picked up the order and called within 40 minutes of placing the order, she stated that wasn't explained to me. She continued to tell me, speaking to someone in the background I have never heard this many complaints before. She proceeded to ask me what I wanted her to do about it, she stated she needed to talk to her husband because they don't just refund someone because they complain... I proceeded to tell her I had pictures if she was interested. I texted her the pictures and she told me she had to speak to her husband and would call me back... over a week later no call back...”
