“I visited Towne Tavern for the first time last night and I had an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, from the hostess, to our server (I regrettably cannot remember her name) and even the manager, every single person in the restaurant was so kind. The food was 10/10 (got the Greek salad with grilled chicken and an appetizer, the burrata plate) great portion sizes, reasonable prices, an all around great experience. Thank you Towne Tavern I will definitely be back.“

“Stopped in for the first time around 9:30 a.m. and ordered breakfast; eggs Florentine (shown). The portions were huge; the service was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. It was surprisingly busy. Although prices seem to be high at first, they are comparable to other breakfast places. I enjoyed my breakfast there and will likely go back. Next time I will order a healthier option like multigrain pancakes with banana.“

“I have heard people at my workplace talk about how this place is political and they don't feel welcome with the Blue Lives Matter flag, but I have never seen any of the staff be nasty here and for me I don't judge by what others say I judge it by my own experience with the food, service, and the atmosphere. And I would say I have never had a bad experience here. There was one time some guy let his kids take our scratch tickets but it didn't have to do with the restaurant just a couple bad apples in town. They'll get their karma The food here is consistently great, and the pizza is the best in town. The bartenders and waitresses here are also great and make us feel welcome. A great restaurant overall!“

“My husband and I love this place. It’s been hard to find good food around here so we look forward to our dinners here! We would be fools if we didn’t order the buffalo chicken tenders so we don’t leave without ordering those. I have been ordering the same meal for a while and it’s delicious every single time. I order the buffalo chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and a salad. It’s the perfect combination and is so satisfying! I’m hoping it will become a menu item soon so I can just ask for “The Jessie” ??. Service is always excellent and the drinks are on point, not too strong or not strong enough, just perfect. Staff is very friendly and we appreciate the positive attitude that comes from everyone who works there. It starts with the staff, then the food - so the smiles go a long way! ❤️“

“Really enjoyed this place. First time here, a little worried when we first pulled in, parking lot was jammed and place looked very small, bit we were seated right away. Very nice guy that seated us and waited on us. Checked on us several times , when i ordered my bacon blue burger i asked for tots for my side, he asked if i wanted them loaded, YES. My husband had one of the specials , chicken satay, came with 2 sides, when the waiter brought it out he said he was bringing him extra veggies, don’t know why there where plenty there but okay. Drinks were well made! Food was delicious, entertainment was very good, not too loud. 2 meals, 3 drinks =&89.00 before tip.“

“For starters, I tried their bao buns, and they were absolutely delicious! The buns were soft and fluffy, and the filling was packed with flavor but only consisted of one small piece of fried chicken thigh meat and about halfway through the bun I had no meat leftwe had the fish and chips, the fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and fresh and one of the better fish and chips we’ve had lately..We also tried their short rib, and it was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The flavors were rich and savory, and the portion size was good.Service was quick and efficient which was a change from the last couple dining out experiences.. we had a reservation at 5, seated right away and it was busy and had no more available reservations for the night..Overall, I had a good dining experience at The Blacksmith. The food was good , and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. If you're ever in Pembroke, I highly recommend checking it out! Enjoy!“

“In an area saturated with pizza shops, Angel is my go-to. Competitively priced, they are consistent in their customer service and quality food. My favorite is their salads with grilled chicken. The chicken is flavorful & delicious and much better quality than your standard pizza place. Also, their steak & cheese - huge and tasty! My kiddos love the pizza. That alone is enough for me to keeping coming back. Keep up the great work, Angel!“

“I was a bit disappointed with my Poopsie's experience. I had heard so many great things and rave reviews, but it really didn't hit for me. The pizza crust was honestly the worst part of the whole thing. It tasted like thick stale crackers. Sort of cardboard-y. Friends of ours got the cauliflower crust and honestly that was 10 times better than the regular crust. The pizza was saved by the toppings, great sauce, and great distribution. We got them well done as always recommended. But because the crust was so bad, the edges weren't really laced. I did try the chili which was actually quite nice (with onions and cheese!). The ambiance is incredible mainly because it's so divey and well decorated. The wood paneled walls really make it! They've also decorated for Christmas which makes it extra cozy. I'm hoping it was just a bad crust day, but since we drove about 50 minutes just for the pizza, I don't anticipate visiting again anytime soon.“
