From start to finish, the staff at both Webster Timberlanes and Luci’s went above and beyond to make sure our event was absolutely perfect. Every single team member was incredibly accommodating — delivering the food right to our party area, taking great care of our adult guests at the bar, and even handling all of the cleanup. They made hosting a party feel effortless, which any parent knows is a gift in itself. A very special shoutout goes to Uncle Lou, who helped us book the party. He was wonderful to work with: kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us create a great celebration. Our daughter has severe allergies, and Lou took it upon himself to go through the menu to see what would be safe for her. It meant the world to us — she rarely gets to enjoy food out at restaurants, so this was such a treat. The birthday packages were also incredibly affordable, with a variety of price points to fit different needs and budgets. Truly, the value you receive is unmatched. Our daughter said this was one of her best birthdays ever, and we couldn’t agree more. We ordered for pickup and when it was time to eat. My toddler struggled to eat the fries, they were so overcooked and hard for her to chew.

Everything else was good, though. I just assumed we caught the line cooks on a bad day. But... Who knows?“

“I saw Kogi Bar and Grill post about ramen night tonight. The broth in the pictures looked soooooo delicious. So I called asking what it was because I wanted it. The girl who answered the phone was sooo nice, super helpful, and helped me make my own ramen bc it’s ramen night. Even if it didn’t like the ramen, I’d probably order again just because she was so nice, and so helpful. I could tell from just the phone call that she’s a great worker, and knows the menu very well. Anyways they delivered to me all the way in sagamore beach!! Wild because that’s a good distance, it got delivered so fast! It was still so hot, and sooooooo yummy! I’ve never tried ramen from there but wow. I was just craving the broth from the picture and they cured my craving. 10/10 recommend! This broth is sooooo delicious and flavorful!! Will be ordering this again for sure!“
