Every single team member was incredibly accommodating — delivering the food right to our party area, taking great care of our adult guests at the bar, and even handling all of the cleanup. They made hosting a party feel effortless, which any parent knows is a gift in itself. A very special shoutout goes to Uncle Lou, who helped us book the party. He was wonderful to work with: kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us create a great celebration. Our daughter has severe allergies, and Lou took it upon himself to go through the menu to see what would be safe for her. It meant the world to us — she rarely gets to enjoy food out at restaurants, so this was such a treat. Cute environment service was decent food was absolutely disappointing, ordered buffalo Mac and cheese it was so watery and tasteless I decided not to complain or send it back. When we were ready to leave the older waitress asks me if I wanted a box. I declined politely and was then asked if I was full???? Ummm no and as I’m trying to be polite you’re gonna make me insult the cooking anyway. SMH so I did so when I was then asked if I just did not like it. I replied absolutely not a d got the nastiest look. Lmao just a brief word of advice… when someone’s plate is still FULL of their meal and it’s pushed to the side MAKE THE CONNECTION instead of all the questions and ridiculous comments and also keeps your eye rolls to yourself.
