No hot water the night I checked in. Reported it to the receptionist/manager and was told it would be fixed ASAP. Still no hot water the entire next day. Staff gaslighted me by saying it was because of the restaurant dishwasher- the restaurant was closed at the time. Called twice after checkout and left messages- no reply. Health department should look into this.

The whole experience from beginning to end was wonderful . The food and service where so good I know why it has always been a family favorite. They where terrific about a late check out because of flight changes. The view and staff made my guest from Nevada so happy. Thank you Thank you My favorite thing was She loved that smell of the salt air.

The family treated mom (80+yrs) to a week at one of her favorite places, The Fairview Inn! The local area is comfortable to walk around and see the sites. The Inn is comfortable with a great menu. The personnel is very accommodating. Management was aware that mom was alone and kept a close eye on her. Although extra care wasn't needed, the family felt comfortable leaving mom in such capable surroundings. Mom loved her room and had a wonderful vacation!

We arrived a round 5pm after a long day at the beach and headed to our room for a shower before dinner. No hot water. Not even any lukewarm water. The ocean was warmer. I told the hostess/receptionist who said she'd tell the manager right away. Never heard from the manager. Water was still cold the next morning. When I left I talked to another guest in the parking lot who had the same experience. I emailed the Inn the next day and never got a response. No repair, no response, no resolution. My next call will be to my credit card company to reverse the charges. Don't stay here.

Went for lunch. Great food, fair price, beautiful ocean view. A tad out of the way, but worth it.

Been to this restaurant several times without incident. Last Friday, the food was not great & my grandson was severely ill. The mgr. invited our family to return and apologized. I shall never return to this restaurant, after experiencing bad food, I shall NOT put my family at risk once more !!! My advice: keep away from this place.

I cannot speak for the rooms as my review is mainly about their restaurant, The Grille. FANTASTIC food!! My favorite is the Seafood Casserole.

Review of the Grill..almost. Did not bother to go to the restaurant for a family celebration because the "hostess?" on the phone was indifferent and poor service. Will celebrate elsewhere. By the way, look at tripadvisor for reviews on the hotel.

Just had a great meal at the Fairview Inn, Brant Rock with maybe the best, sweetest fried clams I've ever had. My husband had the broiled scallops and they were cooked perfectly. Everything was fresh and delicious. We'll be back!
