This is one of my favorite restaurants did I visit at least a couple of times a month if not more. Great food, great service, right across the street is the beautiful ocean, just an overall great experience especially if you get to sit in front of the fireplace.

5 stars for the Fairview! Our server, Emma, was sweet and attentive, and answered all our questions and making sure our glasses were always full. Nina, the owners daughter and hostess, was absolutely exceptional - she was on top of her game all night and made sure to welcome everyone with a genuine warm smile. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, the service was impressively efficient and our food and drinks arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Jill, the bartender, is an absolute rockstar - her drinks are truly the best in town! (I recommend the lemon drop martini) And a big shoutout to the three energetic boys who were running around, busily cleaning and helping everyone with lightning speed and efficiency. Overall, we'd highly recommend the Fairview Inn and we will be back!

We had a wonderful dinner tonight in the grill. The food and service was outstanding.And we had an overall five star evening! The hostess Collette was exceptionally warm and welcoming and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Our server was also excellent and we will definitely return! Lovely view and great food!

We ate at the Fairview last night. It was great. My husband had scallops and I had the short ribs. Food was delicious, price was so reasonable and waitress and service was great. We are coming back soon.

We came to the Fairview for dinner. We are here on vacation and we have never had bad service at the Fairview. We made a reservation for 6:30, they seated us in the bar area in front of the fireplace. The table wasn't even set It had no water glasses on the table no eating utensils or place settings. We did not get service for at least 15 minutes and I felt so bad for the waiter, he seemed very agitated and anxious. He was waiting on at least four tables in the bar area. He finally came to us and we put our drink orders in and our apps. We received our app order before our cocktails. Needless to say, we left because our drink order never came. The manager apologized several times. The parking situation is also atrocious. We had to park a quarter of the mile down the street. I do not complain very much but this was a really bad experience for us and I just hope that the management there adjust accordingly to their patrons.
This review is for the Inn. Filthy, hot, unbearable. The view is nice, but everything else is horrible. They have not updated the carpets, furnishing, linens etc in many decades. We left early.

My wife surprised me with an impromptu getaway. The Fairview Inn was amazing for a night of solitude and a recharge. The dinner was great, oysters fresh, the room was incredible and we couldn’t beat the views. It was just what we needed to break away from life’s chaos. We’ll definitely return when we need another break!
