Although the prices were exceptionally high, the food was excellent! Our steaks were all cooked to exactly the requested temperatures and all the side dishes were delicious. Service was great and attentive (thank you, Colin!)

53 Chop is our favorite date night spot. The food is always incredible, the wait staff is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. And the manager Nancy is always so friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

Service was on the slower side. I understand it is a pop up but a few more hands on deck would make the experience a lot smoother especially for the prices they are charging. We had a 7:30pm reservation and didn't get our main course until 9pm. Been to many upscale steakhouses throughout the years and service was slow compared to the others we have enjoyed. Overall not the worst experience but be prepared to spend quite a bit of time at this restaurant if you do make a reservation....
