Small convenience store with excellent drink and deli selection. Sandwiches made to order were huge with excellent cold cuts and bread. Interesting beers, wines, and other beverages available.

If this place was in any other, competitive location it would be in trouble. $13 dollar drinks come in plastic cups. This place survives only because it's the only game in town. Not impressed.

Very crowded and really didn't stay long enough to make a proper evaluation.1 thing though,parking lot has no lites in certain spots & had trouble finding my car.

I do a lot of work over a New Seabury and Popponesset... and to my surprise I stumbled across this place yesterday... It's a bit whimsical with their cape themed corridors and the little boutiques, restaurants, and ice cream. It was definitely a pleasant experience and I will totally be going back.
