Caught the food truck today in Newton for lunch and it was awesome. Legit Haitian cooking, served up fast to go. I had the griot (pork) with rice and beans and plantains. It came with a drink for about $12. Great portion size for lunch and since I don't live near any restaurants like this, it was very cool to scratch the itch I've had for that crispy, melt in your mouth pork shoulder.
