This place is the best Haitian place that sells Pastry by far, I call to place my order when I got there everything it's ready. The people are very polite, great way to do business ❤
As a long-time loyal pate eater for 30 years using the same establishment, I have now changed bakery. OMG! last Friday I ordered pate for an event and this was the best pate I have ever had with compliments of "where did you buy this?". The golden flaky crust with moist inside that simply melts in my mouth. The customer service was great!! I called at 2 PM for 5 dozen pate that needed to be picked up by 5PM, and they sent me a link to pay, and voila!! New Customer

I have to admit, I prefer the deep fried Haitian patty better but this bakery blew me away with the baked patty. The patty was flaky enough to feel the outer layer breaking away as you bite into it but the inner layers were soft and consistent. The filling as well as the dough were both delicious.If you’re trying get an authentic taste of Haitian baked goods I highly recommend La Baguette Prime Bakery.Langue de boeuf used to be a really nice treat for me back home.
