I love river street grills food but I was disappointed when I called in an order for a chicken stir fry wrap and got 2 chicken stir fry subs... I'm like what happened? We ate them anyway it was very good.Vegetarian options: Onions, peppers carrots mushrooms lettuce tomato pickles etc noParking: It's one level has parking in the back of the shopWheelchair accessibility: Someone will assist you inside, their are no stairs it's one level

Service was good, they’re polite both times I was over there. They even gave me a call after I place to order online to specify the details to make sure I’m getting what I wanted.I’m disappointed in the Shrimp Ziti Alfredo I got earlier today. The sauce definitely needs some love, it was lacking in flavor and I had to hit it with a dash of salt. The bread was definitely stale and hard to eat.I got chicken wings and a grilled chicken caesar salad as well but not for myself. People were raving about both. so next time I’ll be sure to go for some chicken and leave an updated review.

I ordered a buffalo chicken caesar wrap and it can plain with no buffalo sauce. I was told t bring the wrap back in the morning and not to eat what I was given even though they placed the order over the phone INCORRECTLY. TRASH customer service. Lady on the phone didn’t care. I’m hungry and can’t even eat the wrap because they couldn’t punch in an order correctly. I am livid. I would proceed with caution with this place. I give a 0/5 for not even getting what I asked for, using my gas to bring it back the following day, just for them to give me what SHOULD have been done right to begin with. Never again.
