Waitress was lovely, food was terrible flavorless. Wait time was irritating as well. Wonβt be coming again.
We had a wonderful meal last night. We ordered the calamari app, scallop roll, fried chicken meal and a pork schnitzel sandwich special. The scallop roll was toasted buttery and fresh a perfect complement to the lightly coated scallops. The fried chicken was excellent as was the schnitzel sandwich with a delicious bacon mustard topping. Danielle was great. Checked in periodically and was attentive. We will definitely be back.
Good is excellent and service is good as well.
Cozy ambiance, especially on a cold day. Staff prepared for business despite a lot of snow confusion outside, with roads blocked, etc. Their parking spaces in front of the restaurant and their rear lot were beautifully plowed. Our server was excellent and attentive. Our food was delicious, the portions more than generous. We all took home boxes. We are a Writer's Group, so appreciated the quiet atmosphere to discuss our work. We'll be back!
I had accidentally booked a table in the Blue Room but much prefer the tavern side. Although the Inn was busy, the hostess was able to accommodate us where we wanted to sit! We ordered drinks and got perfect Manhattans. For food - I ordered a meatloaf melt sandwich on grilled sourdough (a special) since I love meatloaf. It was terrific and came with fries. I generally upgrade to sweet potato fries at the Inn because they do them so well. I forgot and just had the regular fries which were still delicious - very crispy, not at all greasy. My husband ordered the statler chicken special which was an interesting combination of fig and blackberry bread pudding (savory), carrot purΓ©e, grilled zucchini, topped with crispy parsnips and a few mini arancini (stuffed with cheese). There was also a blackberry fig glaze on the chicken. It was a seemingly over the top kind of plate, but every aspect of it was delicious (said my husband) and he ate every bit of it! Alas we were too full for dessert :(. Live music was scheduled but unfortunately we had to leave. The atmosphere in the tavern is warm and inviting, and with live music on Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm it's a fun place to be!
Although under new management the Inn continues to be a βgo toβ place for us. Overall we had a great experience though we thought the service was a little slower than usual. Our server Dorothy was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.
Went there for Jackson Neves music. As we listened to great music (and the crowd was even singing along), we had outstanding bar and waitress service as our table of 8 grew to 12. The staff was very accommodating. Much appreciated. Thank you! π€©
Always great to go to the Inn. Food and service are consistently good. Tavern side is lively, dining room sde quiet, front porch harbor views.
Quaint, small town New England feel. Great spot for lunch!
We love going there, yet it had been quite awhile since our last visit. They have spruced it up and it was not as noisy as we remember from past visits. Appears they now have acoustical tiles on the ceiling. We took four friends with us who had never been. We were seated early and they could not have been more gracious. The server was attentive and engaging. The food was excellent! Everyone had different selections and there were no complaints. Generous portions and we were not rushed to leave. It was a wonderful experience all the way around. We will not wait as long as before to return!

WE had a great experience at brunch. The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The ambiance is so cute and rustic. I will def be back!!
Went for Thanksgiving. The food was very good, the baked stuffed shrimp was the stand out of the meal. Service was very good.
Excellent experience from start to finish! The empanadas as an app were fantastic. The food , the atmosphere, and the live music were all great. We really enjoy bringing friends down to The Inn for dinner. Highly recommend to all!
My husband got steak tips, which were amazing. I had confit duck; not the best I've had, but still pretty good. Menu is very nice, staff are all friendly but our server seemed a little scattered. It was a busy Saturday, though, so that's to be expected. We will definitely be back.
Excellent service. Very good cocktails. Two in our party had fabulous meals. The other two were extremely disappointed with their choices. We will definitely go back but be more selective about what we order.
