Avenue is the best restaurant around (even comparing with Boston’s best restaurants). Every dish is outstanding – made perfectly with love and care from the chef and owner. Their food is always fresh, they serve the best cuts, and it is prepared at the perfect temperature with amazing presentation.
The drinks are also outstanding – many patrons order their favorite cocktails that are no longer on the menu, but the staff is more than happy to make them and keep the ingredients on hand. Everything is served with care and designed to make the diner’s experience outstanding.
The staff is wonderful – attentive, kind, caring and go above and beyond for every guest. Many patrons are regulars due to these outstanding factors that make this restaurant a truly unique and memorable experience. In fact, so many people love the restaurant it is often busy upon opening.
Reservations are definitely needed, and if you want to sit at the bar I advise coming at 4:30 on the dot, or around 6:30 when the first bar patrons are finishing. The bartenders and staff are there to help you so make sure to communicate how many people are in your party and if you would like to put your name in for bar seats.
This restaurant is my absolute favorite and I highly recommend a visit.

I was really looking forward to my bday dinner, but unfortunately, it missed the mark. Wanted both steak to be medium rare, came back twice well done. Second time chef brought out the plate and stood next to my table, made me feel intimidated to say it was fine. For two meals rate a two star with no appetizers, no dessert the total came to $150. Definitely not worth the price. Given the quality and value, I won’t be returning.

This was the best restaurant experience that we have had in a very long time! Food was amazing and our server Spiro was great! Our experience really could not have been more perfect. Everyone loved their meals and the mussels were a huge hit as well. Can’t wait to come see you guys again soon!

Overall a good option for an elevated modern American menu. Our dine-in experience was a couples' dinner so we ordered a couple appetizers and salads (burrata, Caeser, beets) and individual entrees.
Everything was good, not great. A few dishes were under seasoned and the table requested salt and pepper, not something I expect at $50+ per head. I will say my paella was very good...I do love rice.
Desserts were good too, although Avenue ran out of signature Blondie. That item and roasted chicken will be selected should we revisit Avenue
