I love this place. I love love love the cranberry orange load bread, but i do wish they didn’t speinkle all that extra sugar on it, it’s sweet enough on it’s own. We’ve been getting food here for a very long time and I have nothing bad to say about the food. But I won’t ever come back here again after being lied to. I arrived on Friday afternoon to pick up the 15 cupcakes I had ordered on Wednesday, after having received a text informing me that they were ready. The older gentleman I spoke to could not find any record of my order, So I showed him the receipt that I had been emailed. After standing there for about 5 minutes, I was told that the order had just come through, and that “Internet orders don’t always come through right away” and that it would be 10 more minutes. I repeated to him that I had received a text telling me that my order was done. Five minutes later I was told that my order had been sitting there waiting for me all the time and that this man just simply didn’t know. That’s fine, everybody makes mistakes. But he didn’t know the answer and so just lied to my face. It will be sad to not go to blue moon anymore.

The food is always very good and portions are generous. Baked goods to go are high quality. The service is on the slow side, given how many people are working behind the counter. The atmosphere is average, booths, tables and chairs. It can be very noisy at peak times. It’s nicer to sit at the outdoor tables when weather permits.

Love the Blue Moon. I got my round challahs for Rosh Hashanah and the Yom Kippur Break Fast. Delicious challah! Plus, I also highly recommend their bagels, honey cake, and cinnamon cake. Yum. Dennis and staff are so very helpful. Meet me at the Blue Moon 🌙
Good bread, good sandwiches! And more. Good coffee and real espresso. Even when you eat your food on site, it is very packaged...

The bread here is incredibly fresh, much better than Whole Foods. The highlight for me is their vegan options, which taste like real food, not grass—lol. The vegan muffins were delicious. The service exceeded my expectations; the woman who spoke Portuguese provided excellent customer service. When I asked about the cream cheese, she gave me a small sample, which piqued my interest even more. It’s a bonus that they have Brazilian staff; now I can visit more often and bring my mom along too.
