Very disappointing. I ordered a pizza for pickup, and there was nobody else in the shop, so they weren't at all busy. The pizza has horrible cheese. It's not even totally melted, yet the crust is burnt.

A great hole in the wall spot. Good price for value, Order was ready right on time. The inside is very clean, and the food is always hot. They don't skimp on the sauce/toppings either. Worth my 30 min drive from home.

Great pizza shop. We had the Parminator = chicken parm sub extravaganza and the BLT sub. Had the roll toasted on both. Delicious! Great flavors! Ate in. Nice vibe. Friendly staff.

Ordered takeout Friday night for the family. Bianca pizza and a ceasar salad. Young kids and adults all agreed that the one pizza was great (miracle we all agreed on one) and the ceasar was a classic that hit the spot. Added a couple of Whoopie pies (only $2!) for dessert. Delivery was on time, driver was cool. All around great experience. We will continue to order our family pizza night pizza from here - bonus points because I can order off Local by Toast app to rack up points.

This is normally our go to pizza place. Tonight around 4:30 we ordered one pizza and a side which said it would be delivered before 5:30. Around 6:00 we called to check on the order and was told that they haven’t started it yet, so we asked to cancel. Very bizarre experience. I can’t imagine they got a rush of orders at 4:30 so they must have lost it?

Their cheese pizza is excellent. The sauce, the crust and the cheese all perfection they do need to change their logo and branding though it is just not fitting for the style of food.

What a suck fest. Order from any other pizza place in medfield! Casabella is sure to get your order wrong every time! Additionally their delivery is the worst. Called after waiting over an hour for two pizzas. Called a second after it still didn’t come. Only on the second call did they tell me they forgot my order. Awful service!!!!!!!!!!
