Let me start with the fact that I love Chipotle but frequently have issues with online orders. I've been here 3 times and each time I place an online order it's filled wrong. Missing chips, missing ingredients longer wait than anticipated. One time they simply told me the order never came in. Last time I ordered for 6 people there were 5 mistakes. One Burrito Bowl had no chicken in it! Just rice and beans... I was almost $100 with the included $14 tip (hoping it would motivate them to be more attentive) and only one meal was correct. Disappointing

I keep hoping this chipotle improves since we live close by but it has consistently disappointed us. While other chipotles serve up huge burritos this one makes tiny little servings. My son is always still hungry after he eats them. My salad tonight only had 4 tiny pieces of chicken. The servings sizes are so small compared to other chipotles and they are often out of ingredients. Hoping it improves soon.

I’ve visited this Chipotle at 250 Main St, Medfield, MA 02052 twice, and both times the place has been shockingly dirty. The floors are covered with food, trash, and napkins everywhere, just like in the photos I posted. The tables are sticky and never cleaned, and the entire dining area looks like it hasn’t been maintained at all.

It’s clear that the employees and the manager do not care about cleanliness or hygiene. Nobody bothers to clean the tables or the floors, and it creates a very unpleasant and unsanitary environment for customers. This is honestly one of the dirtiest Chipotle locations I’ve ever seen.

On top of that, the food quality is low, and they serve very small portions compared to other Chipotle locations. For what you pay, the portions are disappointing and the food just doesn’t taste fresh.

I will not be coming back to this location, and I hope management takes these issues seriously because the current conditions are unacceptable.

Missing orders, out-of-ingredients, inconsistent services, messy restaurant, and poor service - this location can't get it right.

I tried to give the Medfield location time to get over the "growing pains", but they just can't get it together. I've been going to Chipotle since August of 2000 (yes, old, I know...), and this is hands down the worst location I've been too...and it's not improving. I'd estimate that 50% of the online order I've placed are wrong or missing items.

For example, today I ordered ahead 30 mins in advance - the order was not ready, nor did they have a record of it, and they were out of key elements of the order (carnitas, cheese, chips, chocolate milk), all available for order online. The volatility of business in Medfield isn't drastic, and the analytics available are able to provide strong forecast. Just unacceptable...

A laughably poorly run Chipotle. Water didn't work in the bathroom. "Out" of white rice. Soda fountain didn't work. A puddle of water in front of the soda machine. And topped off by slow service with workers arguing about who would cover each other's shift.

I usually enjoy going to this chipotle, which is relatively new in Medfield. However, the server today obviously spoke zero English, and I was unable to communicate with her at all. She also seemed very unfamiliar with what is necessary to simply assemble a bowl of food. So, great place, good food, but they really need to upgrade the people working there, so that at least they can communicate with English speakers.

Having employees treat customers rude and then proceed to make there food slamming the food in a bowl is just unacceptable. I wouldn't even feed this food to my kids . I wouldn't recommend this place at all an will proceed to take this further. .

I was the only person in line. The worker took 5 minutes to walk to the sink, wash her hands (at least she did that) and start making my order. She was moving so slow it was insane. Dude cutting the chicken could not have cared less. Total slop working at this place

My Fiancé picked up an order for me, half chicken half steak. This is what we got. The bowl wasn't even half full and we paid 16$ for it. Very disappointed.

The queso with chips costs $4.90 and the queso is fit in to a ketchup like fillup cup placed on the side of your order. Not only is it expensive, but it is way too solid to be considered a decent dip.
