This is my second time my bagel and muffin wasn't fresh so so dry today I told him to give me the first muffin from the front and he gave me the one on the back I told him I want the first one he said all are the same and of course after I tried the muffin wasn't fresh so dry the bagel too was hard to chew I will never go back

Every time I come here, the place is dirty. Tables need to be cleaned, floor needs to be vacuumed and mopped, etc. And it’s never that busy, so there’s really no excuse, imo.

I drive for work and over the years have visited hundreds of DD's in the state. This location is my favorite and I will go out of my way to get there. They always make my coffee perfect, are very friendly, and are very fast. My favorite Dunks anywhere.

i overall don't recommend dunks but the staff here were friendly. food isn't of any great quality and neither are the drinks. kept pretty clean for a dunks tho and plenty of parking.
terrible service. they lie about not having certain things so they don’t have to make it. they’re rude. they’re unsanitary. i’m calling board of health on this location- let’s see how they treat their customers when they get SHUT DOWN!

I go here quite frequently but the staff are very rude! My Dunkin app gives me coupons all the time and I earn points for free items and they just refuse to take it! They also have anger issues when they make the drink before you pay and turns out you don’t have enough money! They yell at you!

A friendly and easy Dunkin where you happily stop by to grab a coffee. A lady on the front desk is always kind, easy, and honest about the price. Leave some tip for workers even a little there. All are hard workers. This is the independent Dunkin with drive through, where is closer to Millis, not the one inside the Sunoco with a car repair shop.
