We went to have dinner for my grandmothers 95th birthday and it seems like nothing went right. We have been coming here for years and years. This was probably the last time my family goes here.
My meal wasn’t good and I ended up telling the waitress who kindly let me get something to replace it. We got a bunch of soda water instead of the sprite my son ordered. That was the start.
My kids food never came- a simple kids cheeseburger and the quesadilla appetizer. We waited and finally asked and they said they forgot it. We waited longer. A different witness came to figure out more information on the quesadilla. We waited longer. The kids were so hungry so I gave them my meal. We also had our 11 month old son with us who needed to get home to bed soon. We asked for the manager who seemed like she could care less. She said “well we can’t go back in time to fix it”. Which yeah- clearly we can’t. But it felt like we were really treated like we were the problem at this point. The kids food came about 30 min after we got our food. It was so crazy. They barely apologized and that was really what upset me most. They took the kids food and drinks off the bill thank goodness. It really was a bad time and honestly if they had even tried to care a little I’m sure I wouldn’t be writing this review right now. Learn better customer service.

We had such a good meal here last week that we went back tonight. My fish was hot but burnt on the bottom and not particularly flavorful. The Ceasars salad lacked sufficient dressing. I asked for a side dressing when I ordered, but it did not come until a second request. The shepherd's pie was meh. The waitress dutifully responded to our request, but it was hard to get her attention. We'll try again as there are a lot of good options on the menu.

Great food and service. Music in the dining area could be turned down a bit.

Our neighbor hood "go to" restaurant. It never disappoints.

I was pretty shocked at how poor the quality of the food was here. Orders of chicken tenders look like they had been dropped into the fryer and forgotten about until they were completely fragged and inedible. What's truly surprising is that they sent it out as it was.

I had to hold my Nashville hot chicken sandwich and let it drip-drain for 3 minutes before it stopped juicing bleu cheese and hot sauce.

There was no care paid to the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen, and that's sad, especially for being served in between lunch and dinner when the restaurant was nearly empty.

Not much for atmosphere, but my steak was delicious and my wife said her halibut was about the best she's ever had. Ashley, our waitress, was friendly and attentive. This was a very happy accident.

I am a Medfield resident, and sorry to say, I have avoided Noon Hill Grill for many years I did go back the other day and got reminded of Why I don't go there. Food- $18 3 Fish taco entree, no fries, 2 little nuggets in each taco. Service was okay, bit slow and not busy at all. My friend talked about the price, I don't know I just got a small not itemize check. I was uncomfortable to ask for an itemize check. Anyway So Happy 21 North will soon be opening for lunch. PS I left hungry.

Noon Hill Grill is a decent place to eat. However you have to be prepared to have your order done incorrectly every time. The “workers” they have taking your order are most definitely going to mess it up due to incompetence, and lack of attention to detail. It’s either the lack of attention out front, or the lack of ability to read and understand the English language in the kitchen. Be prepared to have decent food at best prepared nowhere near how you wanted it. One star due to complete stupidity and lack of attention to detail.
