Went in to order lunch but the worker was on the phone chatting to a friend. Used the bathroom, returned, waited a few minutes, but the phone call appeared to be more important to the worker than helping me, so I left.

This place had unbelievable service. The food was great. I got the steak and cheese with ketchup and Mayo and it was done perfectly. They didn’t overdue it at all and they had just the right amount on. I highly recommend!

When I’m in the Medfield area I always make a point to order from Papa Gino’s. The manager has her act together and the other team members are great additions to the restaurant. They always have a big smile and thank me for my order. A trait a lot of the other restaurants fail to teach.
