I had a mobile order for just a cheese danish. It was 10 minutes late because they just kept talking behind the counter. When I finally got their attention I got my pastry within 20 seconds. Why was it so late?

1st visit: My drink was “stolen”? Took another 12 minutes to get a replacement. Place was a mess. 2nd visit was better: Drink came up on time barista was friendly. Place was still a mess. Seating is weird and crowded. I can see how it would be hard to keep it seeming to be neat.

Starbucks emphasis is to have you order and get out. Not impressed with the recent updates which have taken sitting space away in favor of a wider bench to order and pickup your order.

When I first walked into Starbucks the cashier greeted me nicely then I ordered my drink and she gave me extra dried strawberries without extra charge when I asked for it.

Incredibly busy spot, if you're approaching on Main St, it may be best to park on the street. That being said, for such a crazy busy place, my mobile order was ready earlier than the app estimate and my food and drink were very well prepared.
