The hotel changed my reserved room even though I reserved the stay a month prior. My daughter got into the room and the trash was never emptied and the room was dirty.
Not clean, unsanitary, and dishonest staff. They don't change the sheets. We had a pubic hair in our sheets. I asked for a new comforter twice because of blood on them, and we just found some on the third comforter - pictured. After staying in the room for 5 days I asked the manager for my room to be cleaned because housekeeping wasn't making rounds and we had no clean towels or toilet paper. Housekeeping said I had a do not disturb sign on my door - that's a lie. I never once...read full review
Great place! Clean rooms.... beautiful everything. The only thing that could improve this place is a sign that tells people that they NEED to check in to the front desk in order to operate the elevators! 😂❤️
