Been going here since I was a little girl! My dad used to get it for us kids all the time and it’s still SO GOOD. 100% out for this rather than Kelly’s, Kelly’s is terrible! The Alamo knows what they’re doing!!! Can never go wrong with a 3way!!!

Love the food here! Great pizza (try the Hawaiian), calzones, seafood, and of course their roast beef is amazing! Super friendly, helpful staff. Nice, clean location. It’s great to have so many delicious menu options right here in Medford. Recommend you check this place out today!

I love everything about Alamo Roast Beef & Seafood in Medford square. The food is amazing with so many choices, from tender roast beef sandwiches, salads, seafood and delicious pizza cooked to perfection, but what makes this place a must visit is definitely the entire staff starting with the owner Peter. He cares about his customers and it shows in everything they do!

I highly recommend to all food lovers!
