Our favorite local sushi spot! They do a lot of takeout but their restaurant is cute and cozy and we really enjoy dining in. Highly recommend the tuna tataki.

Blue Fuji is my go-to restaurant for Maki and Sushi in the Medford area. The food is always fresh and delicious. Plus, the number of options is more than sufficient for my tastes. I always dine-in so I can’t comment on their delivery service.

I’ve ordered takeout and dined in here a few times recently, and to my surprise, the sushi is completely different from before! The taste, the freshness of the fish, the texture and temperature of the rice—everything has improved significantly. Even the presentation for both dine-in and takeout has become more refined. I can only say that I’m very satisfied! Every bite fills me with happiness and allows me to appreciate the chef’s dedication to handling the ingredients with care.

The food at Blue Fuji or great, but unfortunately their delivery policies and timing are probably the worst in the Boston Metro area. We have been loyal customers for a decade now but will not be ordering from them again. Out last five orders have been at least 30 minutes late and tonight was the longest at 90 minutes later than window. 15-30 minutes I get but 90 minutes late on an hour delivery window early in the evening is unacceptable. If you can’t do it then don’t offer. Makes me sad.

Recently renovated spot that we regular. We go here for the tuna tataki and i love the chicken teriyaki. Of course we love the sushi as well. The staff are always gracious and appreciative.

Everything we ordered was good. What was special though was the General Gao's chicken. I have an egg allergy and a gluten allergy (as of 6 years ago). I rarely find general's chicken that I can eat that is a both egg free and GF. When I do, it usually sucks. The General's chicken at Blue Fiji however was delicious! I've already gone back twice for more!
This place is truly a hidden gem! It's not a big, fancy restaurant but has a warm and spacious atmosphere. Their sashimi was exceptionally fresh and delicious, and the presentation was outstanding. We've tried the other Japanese "all-you-can-eat" restaurant around the area, but the quality of the sashimi, miso soup, and the Maki are unmatched.
