The biggest issue with this store is consistency. Sometimes I get what I order and sometimes there’s mistakes. Most of the time it’s mistakes though. The brownie cookie texture and bake is never consistent. It’s either perfect or hard a rock. Not getting what I order is more disappointing because you miss out of trying something you are excited about. I want to love Crumbl but it’s too hot or miss for the money you’re spending.
Crumbl is amazing their cookies are so good especially their rotation every week with new cookies and their cookies that stay is amazing one of the popular ones pink sugar with almond extract! Their customer service is top notch especially with pickup orders
10/10 customer service! They made a minor mistake with my last order but were quick to fix it!
