I'm not sure what's has happened to this Panera bread. It used to be good. I'm so upset because after feeding my toddler the Mac and cheese I ordered and half way done I found a long straight black hair in the Mac and cheese.

Came in hoping to try out the popular caffeinated fruit drinks, now with a sugar free option! Megh was very helpful and provided great costumer service. He was highly knowledgeable on the products available. Highly recommend, will come back soon.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free option for the caffeinated fruit drinks!!!Parking: Plenty of parking available.

This cafe is owned by Hamra Enterprises which is one of the dirtiest, most corrupt, vile , classless organizations. They serve old, stale food and they add water to all the soups to increase profits. This location has mice and rats as well!!! Stay FAR away from any Panera Bread owned by Hamra.

I ordered a Greek salad. I forgot to tell them I wanted dressing on the side. I then spoke to the gentleman behind the counter to put my dressing on the side. However when I received it it looked dry on top, but the salad was wet on the bottom. I think what happened was that he used the same bowl and hid the dressing on the bottom where the sauce was. It was much too wet with dressing when I mixed it.I also asked for whole wheat bun, but they only had white bread. Very odd for a company that flaunts it health food. I will not be going back therd.Soup is loaded with salt. 1100 mg.

As many have commented before, it smells really bad in there. Pretty much without exception! I've also seen this mentioned before, but the floor by the fountain drinks is always sticky and gross (there has been a wet floor sign there for what feels like a year now?). Lastly, there is very rarely a cashier present when you walk in. I'm assuming they're working on something else, but who knows. Be prepared to stand there and wait for a cashier to walk over.I have written to Panera before about these ongoing issues at this location, but no changes have been made. I really like Panera's Sip Club program, but I will be cancelling again once this current promotion ends due to the problems at the Medford Panera.

Love the fresh food. The bagel was not overly toasted this time. The wait time is still extreme but they just opened and are busy. Parking is a problem. We had a difficult time getting into handicap parking due to drive thru line blocking the entrance also hard to get out of the parking lot for the same reason. They need to direct drrive thru traffic on a different lane that does not block the main parking lot.

Walked in to a customer waiting for manager because they couldn't get served breakfast because it was 10:30am. Even though they allegedly were waiting in line since 10:20am.My complaint is the sticky floor and less than pleasing aroma. This place should smell like a bakery, not a 3rd rate senior facility.C'MON PANERA MGMT.!

Long line, loud and ran out of most of their menu. Couldn't even get a sandwhich melted. And...no substituting bread even though they were out of the other bread. Not sure if we will try to go back again. Waste of a drive. Last time I had Panera Bread was in 2002. You think they would have gotten better over time. Maybe this will after they figure their crp out
