I ordered a Greek salad. I forgot to tell them I wanted dressing on the side. I then spoke to the gentleman behind the counter to put my dressing on the side. However when I received it it looked dry on top, but the salad was wet on the bottom. I think what happened was that he used the same bowl and hid the dressing on the bottom where the sauce was. It was much too wet with dressing when I mixed it.I also asked for whole wheat bun, but they only had white bread. Very odd...read full review
As many have commented before, it smells really bad in there. Pretty much without exception! I've also seen this mentioned before, but the floor by the fountain drinks is always sticky and gross (there has been a wet floor sign there for what feels like a year now?). Lastly, there is very rarely a cashier present when you walk in. I'm assuming they're working on something else, but who knows. Be prepared to stand there and wait for a cashier to walk over.I have written to Panera...read full review

He was highly knowledgeable on the products available.
