This place has done me well enough in the past but a few times there is a lack of ingredients or they don’t look appetizing. $11.50 for this. Probably try the Cali-Burritos in Millis instead.

Awful experience. First they ran out of cheese, and what kind of chipotle runs out of cheese? But whatever. Then the worker says, do you want a taco instead of the quesadilla? and this guy does not give a taco, but to pieces of bread. And not only that, this rice is so undercooked, do not go to this chipotle

Ordered 3 hard shell tacos and a quesadilla with two salsa’s. I used the drive through but the store clearly wasn’t busy as I drive by the front entrance. Got home to find the children running this slop house had messed up the ($9.00) taco order and skimmed on one of the salsa’s.
From my interaction, they clearly didn’t care. Wish we had known that before tipping them.

The staff is very friendly and the whole suite is very clean and food is fresh and tasty. Portion size is better than any other chipotle I’ve been to. I will continue taking the drive to this chipotle because of the service I received.
Food was great and fresh, even close to closing time. The manager working was awesome and super sweet. Would def recommend

No Bueno! To say the least. Me and my wife went here for our 10th anniversary. When ordering me and my wife practiced our Spanish skills by ordering in Spanish! But when the worker said he doesn't speak Spanish I though it was a joke and kept ordering. After he had prepped half my bowl he had started to get a tude and I decided to call for the gerente (manager in Spanish). Couldn't even finish what I was saying before I had a face full of chicken rice and queso. I was livid and almost jumped over that counter but didn't want to ruin our anniversary date. I was happy to know that both our bowls were free of charge but didn't amount for my ruined tye dye shirt. After the fact we received our lackluster bowls and dont get me started on the chips it tasted like eating the eucharist. And after the meal i took a trip to the baño and was surprised to see a man named bill writing his initials on the wall with his own feces, but he promptly cleaned it up after i scolded him! And that concludes my hectic 10th anniversary. Muy malo!

I live very close therefore i’m always ordering here and the service is amazing everyone is very nice my orders are always ready if i order online , and i’ve been seeing some people complain about portions but personally they are always very filling and if you go in store it’s even better 10/10 for a new chipotle keep up the great work <3
