Unfortunately my experience at this specific location was extremely disappointing. Monday Oct 14th I stopped by to get a coffee for the road. As soon as I walked in nobody greeted me. I walked to the front to place order and 4 of the workers didn’t bother to come to the desk and take my order. The one working the drive through was just standing at the window. One making sandwiches was busy but there was 2 workers left just pretending to tend to the coffee machines. Stood there for a good while till one of them decided to finally take an order. A couple of minutes go by and a white man walks in and the 1 boy pretending to cater to the coffee machines quickly walks to the front and takes his order immediately. The location of this Dunkin is in a very white Caucasian town and the racism isn’t so surprising but Dunkin Donuts should be aware of who they are hiring and who is representing their business. It’s 2025 and unfortunately even the teenagers working at Dunkin have been taught to be racist even while serving coffee. Quite embarrassing for them.

I’m a frequent Dunkin' customer, as I travel for work and stop by whenever I see one on the road. I’ve been visiting this location for a while, and I can usually tell when a new hire is being trained. On Thursday morning, a young woman wearing glasses and a long skirt (the best way I can describe her) took my order. She mentioned she was still in training and didn’t know the system completely yet. She politely asked for a moment to figure it out, entered my order correctly, and was about to take my payment when another worker rudely intervened, saying she’d handle it instead. The new hire had already entered everything, but no one had stepped in to help her. She stepped aside to make drinks, and the other worker took over. I also witnessed another situation where a new hire was about to make a drink, but a different employee loudly told a colleague, “Make the coffee, because I don’t think she can.” I spent about 15 minutes in the store, waiting for my food and coffee, and saw multiple uncomfortable interactions like this. I know Dunkin’ is a staple in America, and while I love the coffee, it’s the customer service that really counts. It didn’t sit well with me to see how the new hire was treated, especially when no one offered her any support.

This Medway Summer Street location has cruellers almost all day!! Never mind their coffee is always fresh and never old or bitter. And the service is phenomenal. Hope that you are greeted by Cassondra, she's the best and genuinely cares about your order! 🩵💜🩷 Caleb is also a wonderful team member at this location where he helps make everything run smoothly with great communication to his other employees, priceless quality. 🤌🏼☕

Staff is wicked friendly and drinks are usually good… but idk what is happening with the food at this location ? It tastes how the store smells it’s absolutely putrid. Even a croissant is disgusting warmed up ?

Great looking location which was also clean inside the main area. Very friendly young woman working there that made my coffee great. They amused me and laughed at my silly jokes so that was quite nice of them. Great experience here, can't wait to go back and get another coffee. ?
