I had an issue with my car and guess who comes and saves me right outside the store. THANK YOU GUYS (It was a nice young lady and gentleman with a dress shirt on...I'm sorry I didn't get names)......well I just want to let people know it was the kindest thing that has really ever happened to me and I just had a bad day in general and was at my limit. Oh and then the lady mentioned to come in if I need to (tow truck wait, who knows), and tells me the sandwich and a cold drink was on the house if I wanted, which I would have loved but other things were pending lol.....it was just super kind, and made my day. It's nice to know people out there still exist like this. ❤️. Karma is real too...

I have no clue how Jersey Mikes has such a huge following handing out cheesesteaks like this.. so disappointed this went right in the trash. 11$ for a “regular”, it seems all major food companies are skimping on ingredients these days.

Aaron, Sean, TJ, and Tyrese were the best people I have ever met. Aaron and Sean both made the food with great love and care. The best sub I have had in a long time. There care for us and enthusiasm really gave comfort. Aaron and Sean were fabulous chefs and TJ was a great manager. Tyrese was there for the comfort… these men need raises for their impeccable work.

Ordered a sub (club) and when I got it back to work to eat my lunch, my sub was absolutely SOAKED in oil. I couldn't even pick it up. I know it's comes with the sandwich, but I've never had another location drench my sub in olive oil. Extremely disappointed. I will not be going back to the Medway location.

Absolutely horrible experience. No attention to detail by the staff. I did a mobile pick up and had to return it 3 times as they couldn’t make it right. First they gave me the wrong order. Then they messed up my so called right order. I asked for a refund which they gave but they didn’t offer to make me the sandwiches right anyway. Walked out empty handed after 3 trips to the store and back home.
I had a pretty specific online order and they were super quick and friendly! Everything in the order was put together perfectly.

Insanely delicious food and kind staff! This evening we watched Anthony hand deliver hot subs to waiting customers thanking them for their patronage and even running from his station to open the door for a handicapped woman who would have otherwise struggled to leave the restaurant. It is obvious they all take such pride in making great food that makes people so happy. They were even thoughtful to my children! Such nice people who run this shop we will absolutely be back again and again to support them.
