Food was mediocre, service was painfully slow during lunchtime (it was not busy at all), long wait to be seated, and the prices were shockingly high for the quality/portion. Save yourself money and aggravation and go literally anywhere else.

If you’re looking for great food, great service, friendly servers and bartenders, Medway cafe is the place to go with your family and friends. Kate, at the bar is the best bartender in the area, along with Taryn and Taylor that serve drinks without the wait. The kitchen staff comes out with delicious items on the menu. The servers, Celia, Katie, Cheryl, Maryanne, they are all super nice and attentive to your table. Enjoy lunch, dinner or just drinks-go often!

I’ve always enjoyed any meal I’ve had at the Medway Cafe! In particular, the Daisy Mae Chicken tastes like good old fashioned fried chicken that I can never replicate at home! When I’m craving chat, this is my go to spot!

Not sure what's happened to this place? I used to rate it very good but lately.......folks at the desk/register seem disinterested in customer service (their job). When we do takeout it's surprising how seldom they get the order exactly right. For example, last time going there for takeout one meal on the order was fish & chips. Got home and there was fish....and no chips! How can you be paying attention and mess that up? I was also informed that their rewards program has been curtailed. Not hurrying back there.
