I had the Asian Stir Fry last week and it was excellent. The flavor was so delicious. One of my favorite meals from the Medway Cafe. We also sat at the bar and the bartenders were so friendly and pleasant. They are an asset to the restaurant.

Extremely friendly staff, delicious food and a great atmosphere. I love bring my family here. I have 2 boys who can be a little loud and there is typically a friendly buzz in the restaurant, so we don't feel uncomfortable if they're a little noisy.

The World Waiting
People, this is it! This is one of few places left that you can just be you and enjoy. The ambience is electric at times, lunch is what it should be, quick and chill if needed, relaxed if wanted, and there is a progression that develops weekly as the place to be at night locally...the staff is genuine and attentive, the bartenders, priceless...and omg, they welcome you and say goodnight as well, a great break from other places that make you feel like you're bothering them...The regulars lurk about and the food comes out on point and timely even at their busiest times...the music is always right and the they always seem ready to truly serve you...what happens at the Medway Cafe....stays at the Medway Cafe ;)

I've been going to the Medway Cafe for a long time over the years I've lived in Franklin. The food quality has significantly gone down. The last two times, I've ended up with stomach pains and cramps on both trips, and they were months apart. The service was excellent, but I will not be returning.

Good food. Questionable drink serving practices. I watched a waitress wipe sweat all over- right in the guest drink area. Only one spot in restaurant where they sit everyone's drink. This is also spot where waitresses just hangout. Very unclean and unsafe drink pick up area. Also in super high traffic area. No thanks on any drinks here....poor hygiene. Waitress was grumpy and had difficult person syndrome. Soda was flat

Some of the biggest and best salads we have ever had. Alway good and the only place that makes special croutons for their salads. The spring salad had banana bread croutons that were incredible.
