I went to the Medway location on Thursday and tried for the first time the Vermonter Chicken and it was great! Got my pizza as well as I always love the pizza here. I always have a great experience here and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Three times in a row they messed up. First time - my wife was supposed to get a cooked veggie pocket, got it raw �. Second time - last Saturday night - 30-45 minutes turned into an hour plus. Just now - drove home minus a sub, and a side of fries. Manager told me I’d be credited $15.00� How about some competence? Your corporate office will get wind of this as well.
We had a pizza delivered that looked like it was carried upside down. Took forever to get ahold of someone as the phone kept ringing, but when they answered we were told a new one would be delivered in 15 minutes. 1 hour later I tried calling and no answer...I went down to the store and they said they had no record of the complaint. At least I was able to walk away with my money...
I don't know why I keep going back. It's always a let down. Go to Supreme Pizza right around...read full review
