The pizza wasn’t anything like a normal papaginos pizza. The crust wasn’t thin, but rather over 1 inch thick. It was more Greek style. The kids working were nice, but that’s just it, they were children with no adult supervision. There was no leadership in the place to teach these kids. It looked like a high school party in there behind the counter. The pizza tasted like papa Gino’s, but it as way thicker, way greasier and just didn’t have the normal consistency

I ordered delivery. I was given a out an hour wait time which was fine. After about 45 minutes I received a text to track my order. It showed it was already delivered to my house but I did not have any food yet. I waited about 15 more minutes just in case of a technical issue. Still no delivery. I called the store and sat on hold for 7 minutes. The employee came back and said that they didn't have any drivers so they were using door dash and could not contact the driver to find out where the order was. He did offer a refund but I offered at that point to just come get the order if they remade it. I was told it would take 15 minutes. I arrived in less than 15 minutes and the food was already in a warmer. The employee did apologize and offered a free soda, which I declined. I got back home with the food which is 5 minutes away. When I opened the boxes it was clear the order was the original order and had been sitting there for a while. It did not seem like it was fresh. I don't think it was remade for me but I am just assuming. I even left a $7 tip for the order for delivery but I feel like my order was forgotten and I may have been lied to about the driver just not delivering it to my house.
