Pizza and fries was okay, D'Angelo s steak and cheese was really good. Frustrating that they weren't able to give rewards points as I'd already paid. Not a good way to keep me coming back.

3rd time not receiving the extra sauce i paid for with my order... its such a small thing that Im not waiting for it to eat my meal but its infuriating that they cant manage to just read the slip and put it in the box...

The pizza is delicious. I was hungry and I got 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of pepperoni. It was already hot and ready to eat when I ordered it so I didn’t have to wait. I just went up to the cash register, ordered and paid, then he gave me my pizza.

I try to give this place a shot and recently went in to use my loyalty points.

I received a plain cheeseburger sub with none of the toppings I requested. They also forgot the fries. It's like they don't even read the ticket when it comes out.

Very unfortunate, this place seems to be going downhill.

Papa Gino’s as a whole has definitely been going downhill, but particularly, the Medway MA location has left me in a state of dissatisfaction. My wife always orders Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, but she always asks to replaces the grilled chicken with cut up chicken tenders, in which Papa Gino’s says it will be an up charge but they can do it. Tonight, we ordered, but now they claim they can no longer fulfill this request because there is no option in their system to make this substitution, even though there is options for No Grilled Chicken and then add Chicken Parm. When asked “Why did no one try and call us to say they could not fulfill this request and why weren’t we told this when we made the order?” The manager, who was extremely rude, shifted the blame onto the person who took the order because they were new. When we asked for a refund, he wouldn’t give it to us unless we brought back the food. Needless to say we will be not going back to this Papa Gino’s location and might never order from any Papa Gino’s ever again after this experience.

These people screw up my order every time and nothing ever changes, I had to order from them as everyone else was closed. I really don't know how this location stays in business. #YouCantDoBetter Negative 5 Stars

I am 54 years old and came for lunch with 6 friends on a Saturday (8/2/25) at 1:00pm. The worker in the back spoke very rudely and unkind to us (after we had already ordered food even) and would not let us push two 4-top square tables (like all restaurants do for larger parties) so that we could sit all 7 of us together. We have come there once a month for a year and a half with no problem eaten pizza and drinks and played cards with two 4-top square tables pushed together. Yesterday this man was very rude and would not let us eat lunch together. We were the only patrons in the restaurant. Because of how he spoke to us and how he would not allow us to dine together, we took our food order and left the restaurant. Disappointing customer service.

Got an Italian sub with fries. No salt on the fries. The sub was a 10. Took the fries and cooked them in my Breville to crisp them up. Awesome!! No salt was thec way to go. 😊😊😊😊

The pizza wasn’t anything like a normal papaginos pizza. The crust wasn’t thin, but rather over 1 inch thick. It was more Greek style. The kids working were nice, but that’s just it, they were children with no adult supervision. There was no leadership in the place to teach these kids. It looked like a high school party in there behind the counter.
The pizza tasted like papa Gino’s, but it as way thicker, way greasier and just didn’t have the normal consistency
